Pre-Admission Assessment

Requirements

Documents Requirements:

• Report card from previous school.
• Copies of UPSR and PMR Student seeking admission into secondry 1 & 4.
• Projects report or assessment done from previous school for all secondry school students.
• A copy of school leaving certificate.

Personal Documents Requirements:

• A copy of Birth Certificate and MyKad.
• 4 recent passport-sized photographs.
• Copy of Medical report of ( speacial need )student.
• Copies MyKad of parents/guardian.

ForeignStudents:

• Apart from assessment, each applicant will be interviewed for competency of English and Bahasa Malaysia ( National Language ). In the event the child fails the National Language, admission will only be considered in the lower primary level. Remedial classes and the other conditions may apply.
• Report card from the previous school.
• Passport of foreign student & parents/guardians.
• Student Visa
